Pembrokeshire delivers

Sometimes Pembrokeshire just delivers! Today I took a walk around the headland between Porthclais harbour and Porthlisky beach, the sun was high and strong and there were a few clouds in the sky.

The middle of the day isn’t usually thought to be the best time to take images, the strong overhead sun ‘flattens’ everything. But I like colour and the colours really pop, today I couldn’t take pictures quickly enough, it was like when I was a kid at Martins Haven and a big mackerel shoal was is, I couldn’t cast out and reel in quick enough to make the most of the bounty of fish on offer.

Today the sea was really vivid and saturated with colour, a great day to get out under a wide sky. I also managed a few close-ups of seashore critters too, perfect!
