Delivery
Prints will arrive either sandwiched between sturdy cardboard for print on media up to 12 inches square or rolled into a protective cardboard tube should they be larger. Canvases will be delivered with protective wrapping including bubble wrap, brown paper and corrugated card. We endeavour to deliver all items within 10 working days of receipt of purchase (moneys received).
Returns
If your purchase is damaged or you are unhappy with it please get in touch with us at info@madebygriff.co.uk so that we can arrange its return and a refund where applicable. We only arrange refunds on receipt of the item and do not refund return postage.
